More than 3 million people die each year from lack of access to care and more than 5.8 million die each year in low- and middle-income countries from poor health care, according to a recent report by The Lancet. In regions with low EMC, people do not have time to receive help due to the slow response of services. As the Covid-19 epidemic has shown, sometimes successful treatment requires action quickly and effectively, and sometimes without contact with the patient. All this could be solved by a drone that would deliver the necessary drugs and tests, and remotely controlled by a doctor.

Problems which can we solved using DP:

1. Lack of access to care How? The drone can fly long distances and deliver medical care to remote areas from the nearest quality hospital in the region.

2. Lack of qualified specialists for severe cases How? By connecting the drone with a doctor, a specialist can analyze the situation and decide on their next steps

3. Slow response of emergency services How? ****There are many regions where EMS is low and where people die due to untimely reactions. Also in particularly large cities, where fro ambulance ways to patient take longer than in the suburb, a drone could solve this problem.

4. Save time on analysis for decision-making in the medical team How? While the medical crew reaches the place where there are a large number of victims (ex. a terrorist attack) , the drone will arrive faster and will be able to analyze the situation, transmitting data on the number of seriously injured and the general condition of the victims
